What to Expect

What to Expect

We are a small, new church of believers seeking to glorify God in Chittenden County while growing together spiritually. We hope you will check out our services!

  • Where should I park?

Services are held in the Robert Miller Community and Recreation Center, located at the end of Gosse Court. There is plenty of parking directly across the street, as well as in the rear of the building.

  • Where do I go once I enter the building?

As you enter the front door of the Miller Center, there is a short hallway immediately to the right. The "Community Room" is easily noticeable at the end of the hall. This is where our services are held.

  • What should I wear?

We are far more interested in serving you and connecting with you than with how you are dressed. There are a range of clothing styles represented; some wear jeans and a t-shirt while some wear a suit and a tie. We just want you to join us.

  • What happens during the services?

On Sundays, we  begin both services with a time of worship, singing traditional hymns as well as some newer choruses. Then we hear a practical, 30-40 minute sermon from the Bible, concluding with a time of prayer.

On Wednesdays, we hold an interactive and slightly more informal corporate prayer and Bible study.

  • What happens after the morning service?

After the 9:30 AM service, we have a 20-30 minute time for coffee, refreshments, and fellowship. Then at 11:15 AM, we have a time of prayer, followed by our church breaking up into our Bible Groups.

Kids church is available for elementary age children in a separate room during both services, with games and an age-appropriate lesson. A nursery is also available.

  • Am I expected to give money?

No. Absolutely not. We are more comfortable with guests refraining from giving.
